General Information:
Your order is very important to us and we know that it is very important to you to have it acted on quickly. Complete orders will be shipped immediately. We will hold incomplete orders for only a short time so that we can ship all your items complete. If an item in your order will be delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will ship what we can quickly and then send out a second shipment at no additional cost to you. If there are unusual delays or problems with any specific items, we will stay in touch with you with all the updates.
Shipping Information: Most shipping is done through United Parcel Service. The Shipping/Handling fee per order is $7.55. Each additional item is $0.35 (tights are $0.12) No extra shipping is charged for each ribbon and elastic ordered with pointe shoes. Large shipments will be done by weight. Because we carry a large number of items with different sizes and colors, every item is not in stock all the time. If you need an item immediately please feel free to call our toll free number 1-800-822-DANCE. We can verify product availability and give you cost of 2nd day or overnight shipping. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers. Online Orders are not charged to your credit card until we process your order. You will be contacted if a price has changed. Returns and Exchanges: Returns for exchange or refund must be made within 28 days of shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS. No exchanges will be made until returned merchandise is received in its original new condition, not worn, in its original packaging and with its original invoice. Shipping fees will be charged on all exchanges. Please include $6.55 and .35 for each additional item for ground shipping. (If you require faster shipping, please send appropriate shipping fees.) SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Drop Shipment: To receive your order faster many of our vendors offer drop shipment. This means when we place your order with the manufacturer it will be delivered to you directly. This saves time because it eliminates shipping the order to the Dancer's Shop and then having us ship to you. There is a $7.50 fee to cover the cost charged to us by the manufacturer for drop shipping. To have your order drop shipped select the Drop-Ship link on the left and add the Drop Shipment item to your shopping cart. |
