Print and fill out the order form , have your credit card ready and call us at 1-888-822-DANCE or 1-800-822-DANCE. We will have our phones ready to assist you at all times. If no one is available at the time of your call, please leave your name and number so that we can call you right back. But don't wait around. Once you have left your message we will keep trying until we reach you!

Print and fill out the order form.  Add up the cost of your purchases and the cost of shipping and handling charges. CT residents must add 6 % sales tax. Mail your order with a check or money order to:

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Your order is very important to us and we know that it is very important to you to have it acted on quickly. Complete orders will be shipped immediately. We will hold incomplete orders for only a short time so that we can ship all your items complete. If an item in your order will be delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will ship what we can quickly and then send out a second shipment at no additional cost to you. If there are unusual delays or problems with any specific items, we will stay in touch with you with all the updates.

WE PLEDGE TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET ALL SHOW REQUIREMENTS TO YOU ON TIME OR TELL YOU IMMEDIATELY IF IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO DO. ALWAYS BE SURE TO LET US KNOW WHEN A SPECIFIC ORDER IS FOR A SHOW OR MIGHT BE NEEDED FOR A SPECIAL DATE.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most shipping  is done through United Parcel Service.  Large shipments will be done by weight.  Please note that when ordering tights, two pairs of tights are charged as only one item.  No extra shipping is charged for each ribbon and elastic ordered with pointe shoes.  When absolutely necessary, UPS will deliver Next Day Air Packages on Saturday for an additional $12.00 charge.

*Please note:  Shipping prices shown above are residential rates.  Packages shipped by ground will have a 5% fuel surcharge, packages shipped by air will have a 15% fuel surcharge.  We regret having to raise shipping prices however we can no longer absorb the increased costs for shipping.   Sorry for any inconvenience.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have the option of using UPS 2nd day or Next Day Air service.  The charge will be the regular UPS rate to your area plus a $3.00 handling fee.

Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, and FPQ:  Add $6.00 for the first item and .50 for each additional item. NO COD WHEN USING US MAIL.

International Shipments can be shipped by either US Mail or by Federal Express.  We find that US Mail is far less expensive but also slower than Federal Express.  Freight charges with either carrier will vary by weight and destination plus a $5.00 handling fee.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Merchandise Returned within 15 days of purchase will be happily refunded. Merchandise returned after 15 days will result in merchandise credit. Shipping fees will be charged. Please include $8.30 for the first item and .35 for each additional item for ground shipping. (If you require faster shipping, please send appropriate shipping fees.) SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.  Please remember that all Baltog merchandise is made to order therefore any returns carry a 25% restocking fee.

PRICING:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try to keep them as low as possible, passing the savings on to you, our customers.
